Also, in the memorandum, projects on joint implementation of prospective scientific research and experimental construction work, development of priority legal documents and regulatory documents, ensuring cyber security in the field of information technologies and communications, including prevention of threats to information security joint implementation is envisaged. In addition, in the Memorandum, an agreement was reached on mutually beneficial cooperation in the framework of the exchange of experience, improvement of the qualifications of specialists, expert examination and certification in order to increase the level of information and cyber security in the state bodies and organizations of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
